I cringed at Asuka’s “to get what you really want you have to work for it” line, yeah I think tons of people who aren’t privileged white a-holes would vastly disagree with you there, the “American Dream” is bullshit, also Jeff Bezos and Bill Gates say hi.
Lots of ideas! I just have to get through this writer's block. I know what I want to happen in 23, I just have to organize everything into one cohesive script. I expect to be writing the new chapter by Thanksgiving.
This "Americanized, top gun whatever" version is something unexpected and intriguing but lacks of substance. I mean this whole thing is fine despite being idiotic and sometimes hilariously edgy (almost like "The Boys" comic). It's decent, although to be completely honest, even retake did it in a better way
